1. Sponsor
The giveaway is managed by Vertigo Live Productions Ltd (“Vertigo Live”), in association with Foreigner and their official representatives.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., aged 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Vertigo Live, Foreigner, their immediate families, and affiliated partners are not eligible.
3. Entry Period
Entries open from the time of the Instagram/Facebook post on 16th August 2025, and close at 11:59 PM ET on Thursday 28 August 2025.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

- Follow both @ForeignerOfficial and @Vertigo.Live on Instagram or Facebook
Each comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries allowed. No bots, spam, or third-party giveaways permitted.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) winners will be selected at random. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets to attend Foreigner: Live at Ellis Island, taking place on Saturday 6 September 2025 in New York City.
Prize includes:

- Entry to the event as part of the filmed audience
- Ferry transport to/from Ellis Island as part of the experience
Prize does not include:

- Travel, accommodation, or expenses
- Any other costs associated with attending the event
Total approximate retail value: $250 per pair.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winners will be randomly selected on Friday 29 August 2025, and notified via DM on Instagram or Facebook from the official @ForeignerOfficial or @Vertigo.Live account. Winners must confirm acceptance within 48 hours or a new winner will be chosen.
7. Publicity & Media Release
By entering, participants agree to allow Vertigo Live to use their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes.
All attendees will be required to sign a release form to appear in the filmed concert documentary.
8. Disqualification
Vertigo Live reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of cheating, violating the rules, or engaging in abusive or inappropriate behaviour.
9. Privacy
Personal data will only be used to administer this giveaway and facilitate prize fulfilment. Data will not be sold or shared with third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants release Vertigo Live, Foreigner, and all affiliated parties from liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation or attendance.
